Booking Policies

  • Downpayment of 50% of total is due at the signing of the contract.

  • Event is booked and date is locked in when the contract is signed.

  • Remaining total is due no less than one week from the event.

  • No refunds on any services.

  • Deposit is non-refundable

Additional Fees

Travel Fee

Assessed as $1 per mile for round trip from artist location in Sierra Madre, after the first 15 miles.

Assistant Fee

For parties of 6 or more, an assistant is required, and there is a $300 assistant fee.

Early Morning Fee

A $50 fee will be applied if start time is before 7am.
